So much news on the internet worldwide there is no way I could summarize it in a few paragraphs. My suggestion is watching the major news sites as I do & follow some of the news spotters on Twitter, Google+ or Facebook to do your best to be observant to breaking news & current events.
Basically, it all boils down to 'Spiritual Warfare' which the Bible clearly states will be increasingly apparent UNTIL the 2nd coming of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Personally, I believe when the 2nd coming HAPPENS, in the 'twinkling of an eye,' then #SM social media will not be reporting the EVENT as late-breaking #news.. It will be a DONE DEAL, Thank You JESUS CHRIST~!
Below is a link of an official government document letter sent to the C.E.O. of LOWES home improvement chain in reference LOWES pulling their advertising dollars from a TV program on "The Learning Channel" TLC entitled "All-American Muslims." There was such an outcry by Christians in America over this show portraying Muslims as 'peaceful' that LOWES made the decision to UNsponsor the TV show. There are many comments being made on social media, mostly positive for LOWES actions, but of course, some negative also.
Here is my take on the issue. The California state senator said in his letter that in the past, Presidents of the United States of America have stated that "We are NOT at war with Islam." IMHO, this is a TRUE statement in that the 'government' of the U.S.A. is NOT @ war with Islam for the simple reason that the Constitution on which the U.S.A. government is based guarantees 'Freedom of religion'... This is just plain indisputable, along with 'Freedom of speech' I might add.
So many people, including reporters, newsmen and newswomen, main-stream media conglomerates, etc. just don't make the BIG distinction that there is a HUGE difference between the 'government' & the 'individual' person. My point is that IF an individual person IS a Bible-believing Christian, then THEY, as an individual CHRISTIAN are at WAR with Islam. This 'Spiritual warfare' has been ongoing for centuries & will continue to escalate until the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. Jesus stated this in His Word: The Bible. His followers will be hated & despised just a HE was by the Sanhedrin and Pharisees. Accept this fact IF you are a true follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is NOT going to change.
As a Christian, I do not force my religion & beliefs on anyone. I exercise my 'freedom of speech' & that is obvious since I blog & post many Christian viewpoints online. However, I give any person in the world the freedom to research 'Spiritual' issues & choose to follow & support whatever 'cult' or 'organized' philosophy they deem appropriate for them. I am staunchly opposed to 'forcing' anyone to believe a certain way. That is why the Pilgrims left England to discover & found America: To escape the tyranny of the King of England 'forcing' his subjects to worship as he ( the King ) dictated... This was wrong back then & it remains wrong today.. That is why 'freedom of religion' was placed so prominently in the U.S. Constitution. BUT, and this is a HUGE but, that does NOT insinuate or demand "FREEDOM FROM RELIGION" which is what the ACLU, atheists & many detractors are supporting, i.e. an ABSOLUTE removal of 'religion' from the marketplace, from society, from public debate. This has always been wrong & will always remain WRONG, in my humble opinion, and many others to boot, I might add.

Read the letter & form your own opinion, that is the American way.. But do not, I repeat, do not try to remove my opinions & freedoms from me or anyone else in America who chooses to openly & outwardly OPPOSE Islam and their tactics.. These are fighting words to me and many others. Many Patriots in the past decades & centuries have fought for their beliefs & paid the ultimate price with their lives for freedom. I suspect nothing has changed. There remain many, and I do mean MANY, Americans who are so LOYAL & PATRIOTIC to their homeland that they will not go down without a struggle, be it online in cyberspace, or on the streets of our GR8 country. I pray it doesn't come to the shedding of blood, but many are seeing the 'writing on the wall' so to speak.
May God bless the United States of America & us all until He (Jesus Christ) returns bringing His Rapture of His 'ELECT' to stop this ever-present 'Spiritual Warfare.'
